INTAKE:
My styling advice is tailor-made, as it depends on the condition and size of your house. Completely free of obligation and free of charge, we can make a first appointment. Together we look at your property. We will discuss the possibilities and challenges that your house offers. Based on this first appointment you will receive a proposal that includes also tips that you can carry out yourself.
If you have already hired a real estate agent, I also contact him or her to discuss what his or her opinion is about the "selling points" of your house.

If you have agreed with my initial proposal, I will start working in accordance with the quotation.
When styling your home, I will use your own furniture and accessories, and take into account your personal taste. If necessary, I will make additional use of one of my accessory packages. I take into account your personal taste. This package remains your property. .

RESULT:
After styling, the house will look more spacious, light and attractive. An increased amount potential buyers will feel right at home and can easily imagine what it is like to live in your home. Emphasis is put on the selling points of the house, in order to ensure that they are shown as clearly as possible on the photo report.
