The living requirements include an open living area with a central kitchen island, a seating area with a wood-burning stove, a reading/TV corner, a utility room, and a toilet. The first floor will feature a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and two guest rooms (one with a workspace), plus a second bathroom.
The design is inspired by the rural surroundings and the panoramic view. The ground floor is arranged so that the landscape can be experienced from every spot, creating a light and spacious atmosphere with clean lines and subtle rounded forms. Symmetry is occasionally broken for a surprising effect.
Materials include a mix of smooth and airy textures, warm wood tones, stone, quartz, linen, and cotton. Light sandy tones form the base, complemented by grey, olive green, and black to create balance and strength.
The furniture combines modern pieces with a single Italian antique item, resulting in a fresh, contemporary yet authentic look
